What are the terms — the honest version?
The $0-equipment pricing above is based on a 24-month monitoring term, and cancellation fees may apply if you leave early. We put that in large type on the pricing page instead of in fine print on an order screen — because there is no order screen here. When you call, ask the advisor exactly what cancelling early would cost for the plan you’re choosing, and what month-to-month options exist. You’ll get a plain answer before you spend a dollar.

Can a benefit program help pay for it?

Is cheaper monitoring from the US okay?
